First step is the interview by human resources who will contact you. The next step of interview is by the director on your background , experience, what you can offer to the position, your skills. The third step is a written test to test to ability to assess and write which is more challenging

I had applied via a referal. It took one week to recieve the writing test, and one week to complete the writing test. Overall, it took around 20 hours of work. I was then told I would hear back in a few days. After two weeks, I mailed them a reminder, and then I was told that the reason I didn't hear back was because "I was on vacation for two days." Hmm. Ok. I was promised that "soon" I would hear back. After two more weeks, I wrote again, and then I recieved an employment offer. Great, RIGHT? Except that the rate is well below the industry average, they pay per month, do not tell you how much work it will be up front, and no one could answer any other questions I had regarding the contract. Further, They wanted me to start working the following week, despite knowing that I had a one month notice period at my current employer.
