First there was a phone interview that covered technical needs of the position. We discussed what they were looking for in a candidate as well as the overlap in my background with their needs. After I answered a few technical questions regarding the position. After the phone screen they promptly scheduled an on-site interview which was both technical and behavioral. A few rounds in the morning, adjourn for lunch, then a few rounds in the afternoon.

Phone interview was good. The interviewer had a positive approach and made me feel comfortable. However the onsite interview was very bad. There were 3 people in the panel. The interviewers were not at all prepared and it was in a way to prove that I was not worthy of the position rather than trying to know my skill set. The worst interview I could have ever attended.
