Easy and simple interview process. HR phone call then interview with a manager or partner before HR notify you if you are hired or not. I truly enjoyed interviewing with the firm

The initial phone screen consisted of about 5-7 questions mainly about my interest in the company and why I am interested in this particular role. In order to advance from a phone screen to a video interview, the candidate is required to be fully vaccinated, with no exception for religious or medical reasons for new hires. Also they do not give the option to subject to weekly testing. To have my advancement in the interview process be contingent on my vaccination status felt manipulative and discriminatory but I am sure the company sees this as a 'safety measure'. I understand the company is allowed to have this policy without any regard for federal law; however, the job description or company website made no mention of this company mandate. I hope this review adds some transparency to their process for potential candidates who want a fair opportunity and hope the company will take steps to acknowledge and eliminate their biases based on objective data. Objectivity being a core tenant of the auditing profession.
