3 stage interview - First one was with the direct report - 2nd and third were with other heads of services Interviews were 30 min long, one on one, and behavioral. The general vibe was relaxed

Tell me about yourself. Why Calix? Are you comfortable with being 100% remote
very thorough and exciting. Talk to people you will work with directly during the interview which I loved. All around a great experience. I love the internship experience this company provides as well.
