The process was very through and a 3-step process. I was able to speak with the recruiter, general manager, a leasing consult on the team, and our district manager. It was nice to be interviewed by so many people that work within the company. It wasn't a scary or intimating process either. Everyone was so kind, and you could truly see they loved being a part of Camden.
