First call with HR, then hiring manager. easy process! There is also a scenario and roleplay that is very important and they take it so seriously. There is also a great training.

Interview
Professionally conducted interview by the HR and the interviewer. The interviewer was friendly that it did not seem like an interview but a semi-formal discussion about my work experience and capabilities. They anyway did not select me. Not sure why.
