Very professional, serious, and personal: I submitted an online application and received an invitation to the first round of personal interviews with an HR lady followed by an interview with a business representative. The next week I was invited to an interview with a partner and another business representative. The day after I received a call from the HR informing me about an offer! It went really fast. The interview process was very professional. There was true interest that the CAPCO colleagues showed, which convinced me.
