Just awful interview process, Recruiting Coordinator was VERY unresponsive. Waited 20 minutes before the first interviewer showed up. First interview ran over because of the delay and acted very intimidating. Second interviewer was VERY inconsiderate, didn’t even bother to properly interview or reschedule due to lack of time which was not my fault. End of day, seemed too toxic of a team to work with.

During the interview process I ended up meeting with a few members of the recruitment team as well as two of the Partners at Capco (the interviews were done both virtually and in person).
