Capgemini Engineering Informatica ETL Developer interview questions

Got a call from HR recruiter for Interview, she scheduled L1 online round. It was a technical round. After 3-4 days I got a mail asking for a documents. I submitted all the documents (they asked so many documents, also asked to take a online assessment test) but after that I didn't get any call for HR round. I called the HR recruiter, she told me you will get a call for your HR round, but its been more than a month I didn't receive any call. It was very bad experience. I called HR recruiter many times, dropped emails but she didn't give me proper response and just told that HR is on leave. Same thing happened with my friend. If they don't want to hire people then they should not waste someone's time. Capgemini is a big company and I didn't expect this unprofessional behavior from them.
