Received email more than a year after application, saying they would like to schedule a phone interview. This phone interview then got rescheduled by them at least twice, but in the end they never called to do the interview. Waste of time.

Te hacen preguntas que no van relacionadas con el puesto al que aplicas, la entrevista se hace tediosa y no te dicen bien el puesto al que entraras. Tantean para que les puedes servir en caso de que el proyecto se acabe (poca confiabilidad)
