Therre were two rounds of interview. Level1 The person who took interview was not from Automotive HVAC or thermal management background. There were no technical question. Very poor experience Level2 Manager interview Manager was also not from Automotive HVAC or thermal management background. No technical questions. One question he asked about compressor which I think he also did not understood. Then questions about salary execration and job change reason. This interview was scheduled for half an hour but ended in just 15mins. After that I did not hear from them anything.
