Interview
On 24 September 2025, I completed the first round of a technical discussion, and received feedback two days later that I had been successful. The recruiter then informed me that I had been selected and scheduled a second‐round face‐to‐face discussion for 10 October 2025; following this, I was again notified of my selection. Subsequently, the recruiter invited me to complete the Mocha English Pro online communication assessment test, and I received confirmation of my success the next day. After uploading all required documents into the SuccessFactors portal, I was issued an offer letter from Capgemini on 7 November 2025, which I accepted.

Question 1
1) Tell me about yourself?
2) Have you worked on end to end Integration flow in sap cpi, can you please explain about it?
3) Have you worked on API mangement and Event mesh, can you please explain one end to end iflow in SAP BTP IS?
4) Have you done any automation in SAP CPI?
5) Have you worked on any complex issues you have encountered in SAP CPI/BTP IS? Can you please explain about it?
6) How would you improve the performance of an integration flow in SAP CPI
7) Have you been involved in gathering requirements from the functional teams and estimating time and effort for integration flows?
8) Have you done any SAP CPI/SAP BTP IS certifications?
These questions were all recalled from my face-to-face interview with Capgemini.
Initially hr called me and collected basic experience details. Once resume shortlisted,HR called me and scheduled L1 round. After 2 days they confirmed that L1 round selected. Then after 5 days they schedules L2 round. Panel asked me to write one program. I have written program he was having 4min time so he asked some other programs. I was not having time not written completely. Because of this panel rejected me. I have answered all the questions which he asked.

Had 2 rounds –
L1: Tough technical round focused on deep Unix questions.
L2: Client round with a mix of technical and managerial questions.
HR gave feedback the same day, and the offer was released within 1 week.
