There were two rounds technical L1 and L2 and then HR round.
L1 consists of the basic technical questions regarding your technology and L2 was direct contact with the managers and giving you the situation and real time issues to handle and see your approach.

Weekend schedule of interview.
Week 1: Went to the venue at 9AM and waited till evening 5PM and returned back because of lack of panel availability. They asked CRM guys to leave because of same reason and was advised that they will conduct telephonic the next Mon which didnt happen.
Week 2: Called me again for interview. Went to the venue at 10:30AM and waited till 5PM again. Only one technical panel was avaible for SAP CRM. At last, they have called me for interview after 5PM. Only question asked was below one. Then ommediately without asing any question, interviewer told me that my domain doesnt suit(though I am an SAP CRM Consultant) and ended the interview.

Interview
Consultant Telephonic Round followed by Managerial Telephonic Round and HR.
The questions were not so difficult and to be frank the cleared all the rounds. The HR was somehow not in a position to offer me the amount I was expecting and hence had to drop then. Please see there was always a series of communication before the HR round but once we had agreed on a certain amount , the HR said they will be back which not to my surprise they never did. Not being available on mails and not picking up calls just to add cherry on pie.
