I applied online through my university's career page and then was invited to a coffee chat with some of the current consultants. They said the first round interview was mostly conversational since they want to see whether or not you can hold a conversation. My friends who interviewed with them before me said the same thing. That was not the case for me, the interviewer asked me behavioral questions and in general seemed very disinterested. In fact, she skipped over a question without me even answering it. I did not get a second round interview, but in the email they said "unable to make an offer at this time." which didn't make sense because there is a second round interview. Overall, I think it is a very disorganized process especially since when some interviewers strictly ask behavioral questions while others do not.

1. Basic screening call (Q- roles and responsibilities, ECTC, location etc.) 2. L1 round with Manager (teams) 3. L2 round with Program Manager (face to face) 4. Decision 5. Documents to HR Salary slips, UAN, PAN, Certificates, experience letters, reliving letter 6. Offer letter 7. BGV BGV is very strict and in-depth. They asked me for all the previous companies documents viz UAN, PAN, TAN, GST, CIN.
