I applied as a BCA final year student and minimum eligibility criteria was 65% throughout with no backlogs and maximum allowed gap of 2 years.
There were three phases to this interview:
1. Aptitude - General aptitude, basic programming questions
2. Technical - Basic concepts of computer science, Java concepts
3. HR (Final Round) - English proficiency

1. Online Assessment (OA)
- Three sections:
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Aptitude questions
- One coding problem (LeetCode-style)
2. Recruiter Screening
- A brief conversation about your background, experience, and interest in the role.
3. Technical Interview (30 minutes)
- Project-based discussion.
- You select a project from your experience and answer technical questions about its design, implementation, challenges, and technologies used.
4. Behavioral Interview (30 minutes)
- Questions focused on teamwork, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and how you handle workplace situations.
