I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini (Calcutta) in Sep 2019
Interview
Capgemini came to my college for campus recruitment. The hiring process went for 2 days. The first day had an online round which had 3 sections. First section had questions of logical reasoning and data interpretation which were easy, the second section was essay in which we had to write an essay in about 170 words. After these two rounds were done the 3rd round started for some students but not for all. The 3rd round was technical round which had 10 questions on data structure and object oriented programming system, and the next 15 questions were pseudo codes. The third section had 25 questions to be done in 25 mins which was less.
After this we went home and got the results same day in the evening after a couple of hours. 66 students qualified and were asked to appear for the PI round. Few days later we were called for one on one interview in which we were asked questions on DS and DBMS, some basic HR questions were also asked in the same round. Almost half of the students got rejected in this round and those who qualified were sent for the HR round in which basic communication skills were tested and documents were verified. Results were declared half an hour later to the end of the HR round. None were rejected in this round. Near about 35 students got selected.
It was quite tricky but it's too worth it. It's totally depends upon the real time projects You have made. As final word I can say that it's totally depends upon the skills you have equipped with the role you have applied.
I registered on LinkedIn. I applied for the post. I received a call from the recruiter within the next week and then I interviewed the very next day. Within the next week I onboarded.
The company came for on campus recruitment. The process consisted of three stages:
1. Online Assessment
2. Technical Round
3. HR Round
Online Assessment was aptitude based with some object oriented programming mcqs. In the technical interview, the panel asked me to write some pseudo code in python.
