I have given my interview got call that i have selected. Submitted all the documents and they said we are processing your offer letter and after 2 3 days i called them regarding update they said hiring is stop and we drop application.
I can't understand all this procedure. After selection and documentation they said hiring is stop.
HR is irresponsible arrogant. Not receiving call and not responding.
I just had HR so far they just tell you about the role as ask you if you are familiar with the concepts in the listing. There’s a bit of behavioral like why capgemini. Recruiter was really chill and laid back.
Process for just a junior role is too long, but i felt it was generally good, although they pay very low if we compare it to the market. If you need your first job then go for it

Interview
I recently attended a walk-in interview. The first round was a technical interview, where most of the questions were focused on topics like VPC, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Jenkins. The second round was a managerial round, which went well and included general project-related discussions. The final round was with HR, where we discussed salary and other related details.
