Normally there will 2 to 3 levels of interview. There could be an interview with the client as well. 1st interview will be technical and 2nd level technical interview might be there as well

Moderate and process oriented interview process. Their internal applications are outsourced but well maintained Structure. Their payscale is good. More basic pay. Some projects may have hectic work schedule. This is my interview experience about Capgemini India Pvt Ltd.
My interview process consists of two rounds of technical assessment, primarily focusing on Java, Spring Boot, and scenario-based problem-solving. Additionally, some questions cover cloud technologies. Following the technical evaluations, there is a final HR round to assess overall fit.

Interview
Interview process are too agile and transparent with the expectation for the job profile. Interviews are happened on time without any delay or postponed. Screening of the candidates by the recruiters are top notch. Regular follow up with candidate during different levels of interviews by HR team is politely handled.
