The interview process was very good. The interviewer made me at my ease and it went on as a conversation. It was totally resume based interview. They asked me my work ex, achievements, hobbies etc. Some discussion happened on DEI and skill based hiring.

Hi, It's not for interview process. It is for offering a lower position. I have 10+ years of experience in similar field out of which 5+ years as a managerial role. While interview i said so and they were agree for this position but suddenly after 1 round of interview i am getting mail for offer letter without any HR round discussion and I got offer for team lead instead of Manager role! Where is the parity criteria? Plus I have wrote the same thing to recruiter but there is no reply so far. By mistake I have clicked on accepting the offer.
