They have even guided us for female welfare . Get to know how to upgrade my skills within the company. Provide a mail DL for any queries relevant to on-boarding.

Interview
Was a very friendly interview with mostly behavioural interview questions, had little technical questions, just basic troubleshooting and some questions regarding what technology I was familiar with. They gave me ample time to ask as many questions about the job and location after the initial interview

Describe a situation where you had to deal with a frustrated customer
Phone call, interview with a team leader. Quite straight forward process I would say. The communication was smooth and quick as well, it was a good experience overall and all in all took about 1 month.
