Worst experience, i completed 2 rounds of technical interviews and got selected for position. At HR round HRBP said we can’t proceed with your candidacy as we can’t able to make budget even to match your current ctc. So if you guys know we don’t have budget why to schedule interviews. For wasting candidates time
