Calls, 5 to 10 day waits for next interview or no selection, up to 3 to 5 months for selection. Just seems like a company would miss out on a great opportunity without getting to see or place the candidate in a practice situation. People are not robots, what is on your paper may not be what the person may match up with but what a missed opportunity.

Explain what you believe the online job description is needing you to do?
Multiple rounds with people in different positions, different countries. Everyone was very kind and genuine. People were happy with their jobs and a few people said they never planned to leave.
