I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Group (Carmel, IN) in Aug 2011
Interview
Very lengthy and in depth process. You will start out with with basic get to know phone interview in which they will tell u more about role, then you'll be called in to on site interview. The on site interview will consists of 2 interviews, a tour, and a demonstration a of how our system works. You are not being evaluated during tour or job demonstration unless you show some very strange behavior. Lastly, you will go through reference checking. They are very in depth on this- so don't try to hide or enhance anything in resume. Finally, you will be offered job.

Interview
First was a Zoom interview w/ recruiter. If you move in then it's two in person interviews on the same day with different hiring managers. Standard STAR format questions. They give you a tour of the campus and offices to give you a sense of the working environment.

Interview
Recruiting screen. Invitation to interview came three business days after I applied. Pretty standard questions, the recruiter was nice and supportive. My only complaint was that they told me to reach out with questions and strongly implied I would be moving forward. After some time has passed I reached out with questions. Didn’t hear anything until I got an automated email telling me the position was filled.

Tell me about a difficult customer, how did you navigate the interaction and resolve the conflict?
They were quick to get back to me, I have my interview coming up so ill see how that goes! Hopefully I get an offer to work here:) it is quite a drive and wonder if it could be all remote as well
