Interview
I applied online through indeed and then 2 weeks later I received a phone call to set up a phone interview. The phone interview took 30 minutes, the questions were in regards to your past employment. The phone interview quickly turned into interview questions such as behavioral and customer service questions. Two weeks later I received an email to interview in person. The interview took 3 hours. I interviewed with two managers and did a tour of the building. The interview was very intense.

Interview
First was a Zoom interview w/ recruiter. If you move in then it's two in person interviews on the same day with different hiring managers. Standard STAR format questions. They give you a tour of the campus and offices to give you a sense of the working environment.

Interview
Recruiting screen. Invitation to interview came three business days after I applied. Pretty standard questions, the recruiter was nice and supportive. My only complaint was that they told me to reach out with questions and strongly implied I would be moving forward. After some time has passed I reached out with questions. Didn’t hear anything until I got an automated email telling me the position was filled.
