I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Group (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2024
Interview
Applied online, a week or so later received a request for a phone interview. The phone interview asked about experience, went over resume and the position. The interviewer asked situational questions. I was then invited to do a 2 part interview. The first was a live video interview with a manager of the department I would be working in. That interview again was situational based questions. The second part of this process was a week later. In-person tour of the campus in a group setting with 8-10 other candidates. We were then pulled individually into one-on-one interviews with assigned managers. Once again, went over my resume, experience, and asked situational questions and asked to answer them in STAR format.

Interview
First was a Zoom interview w/ recruiter. If you move in then it's two in person interviews on the same day with different hiring managers. Standard STAR format questions. They give you a tour of the campus and offices to give you a sense of the working environment.
They were quick to get back to me, I have my interview coming up so ill see how that goes! Hopefully I get an offer to work here:) it is quite a drive and wonder if it could be all remote as well
