quite lengthy process. Took 3 phone interviews and 8 one hour interviews 5 years ago. People were great and spoke highly of company at that time...some of same folks today do not hold same opinion today. A lots changed in past 5 to 6 year

Interviewed by a team member and then by the manager for a contract to hire position. Considering earlier background in the same industry, did not add any concerns for the hiring manager to consider for the position. I also talked to another Programmer Analyst and discussed about my technical background and experience.
