Very relaxed, mostly tested how you thought rather than requiring you to know the technicalities of the position. First there was an online interview with typical competency questions as well as one numerical problem (which should be easy if you do a technical degree). The assessment center consisted of a group exercise as well as a series of individual interviews all which were quite relaxed.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2019
Interview
There are two rounds of interview - a video and an in-person one. Before the final round, they will bring to a dinner which is really nice. The final round was really hard for me personally, but I really enjoy the time there.

Interview
People were generally nice. There are two assessment tests you must take before you have the interview. The first is a personality test, and the second is analytical. During the interview, the toughest question the recruiter asked me was what I would do if I found out a team member had completely messed up on his/her part of a project, and I was the team leader and the presentation to top management was in 5 minutes.
