First I had a recruiter phone screen, then I had one case interview. It was very business focus. For the super day it was multiple different cases. They give really good prep work.
Felt alright about the interview process. I received a message from the recruiter four months after I had applied and had already gotten another job, but C1 Mclean is my dream office, so I decided to go ahead with the interview process. I had three rounds on Power Day (behavioral, job fit, and case interview: hour each totaling 3 hours), and I honestly felt I did really well; one of my best interviews, in my opinion. Then I was ghosted for three weeks before finally receiving a "we are no longer hiring for this role" rejection email after following up with the recruiter. The interviewers were great throughout each round, and the recruiter was very helpful and responsive — until Power Day.
