      Web Designer Interview

      Mar 29, 2009
      Anonymous employee
      Richmond, VA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Apr 2007

      Interview

Applied to staffing agency on line. Contacted next day on job prospect. Interviewed by phone within 2 weeks. Face to face interview after 4 weeks. Finally placed 6 weeks after application. The process seemed long and somewhat mysterious based on limited information about the delay. The face-to-face was just a formality, in retrospect. Before the day was over, I was unofficially informed I would get an offer.
