Applied online, and received an email to schedule an interview about a week and half after. Had a video interview with a Design lead where I presented three projects in my portfolio, then had ten minutes to ask questions about the company. Heard back in less than a week to schedule an in person interview. My recruiter then scheduled a time to prep me for the interview and go over my travel plans. The in person interview is called it a Power Day, where you go into one of their Headquarters and spend about 4 hours there learning more about the company and talking to people on the team, and going through three different interviews (behavioral, job fit, and design challenge). The travel, lodging and food were all covered/reimbursed. It was a good interview experience and everyone was very nice throughout the entire process.
