simple, sub-par unchallenging role plays and basic situational examples. The panel did not seem overly experiened in conducting interviews and read from a script the majority of the duration of the interview. Very simple and uneventful. Maybe the easiest interview that you will experience

Why are you applying for this role instead of another role?
Long but good 5 interviews over 4 weeks. HR wAs very nice and good feel haven't met too many co Cheerleaders with in my time at capital one. Good job for a person starting out in there career
