Interview
I submitted my application online and was selected for the final round (Power Day) interview directly. Because of COVID, Power Day is a completely virtual interview. Consist of three parts, one hour for the case interview, one hour for the behavior interview, and another one hour for the technical interview. I really enjoy the conversation with each interviewer and learn a lot from their experience in the Capital One. I would recommend attending their prep session to get a sense of what they may ask during the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic behavior questions (Please use the STAR method to answer) and leetcode style technical questions.
Difficult coding problems but the virtual job tryout was very simple and not difficult. It was more like a personality test where you answer questions based on how you would handle a situation.

Question 1
Two easy coding problems, one medium level problem focused on debugging and the ability to quickly implement functional code. One hard problem that required thinking of a unique solution / being good with numbers.

Interview
Interview is broken up into 3 parts: case study, technical, and behavioral. Behavioral is pretty straight forward, the technical interview will be a design question and then two algorithms questions. The case study is difficult to prepare for since you don't know what use case they will provide you.
