I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Apr 2010
Interview
The recrutiting process was very formal and organized. I met with senior management in one on one interviews. I thought most questions were easy. It didn't seem as if they were questioning my skill, but rather my commitment and my compatibility with corportate culture. I was interviewed by a total of 5 senior executives, with each interview lasting no longer than 15-20 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One (New York, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview was conducted by phone with the assistant to the hiring manager. The interview was pretty standard, give your background, why are you looking for a new position, what is your current salary, and the hated question of "do you have any questions for me?". I received an email a week later telling me that I did not fit the role.
3 online tests, panel interview with behavioral questions. Met with CIO and 2 other VP of the area the job. Each interview lasted 45 mins with 15 mins of my questions. About 5 questions per person. Mostly behavioral type questions.
