Was first called by a recruiter who basically set me up for the interview. Had a 2 section 30 minutes interview with supervisors. Behavioral questions were asked in both sections of the interview.

Interview
The interview process went smooth. Once you get the job they make it hard for you to transfer or move up in the company. They don't like to let employees transfer.
The interview process consisted of interviewing with three people (recruiter, manager, and director). After the initial meeting with the recruiter, the next two interviews happened pretty quickly. Overall, I would say that it was a smooth process.
