Interview process was straightforward and over the course of a few months. The recruiters were very communicative and respectful throughout the process, I did not feel like I got recruited and then passed off to someone else.
1st Round - Behavioral
2nd Round - Super day - Case, Behavioral, and Job Fit interviews
Very positive candidate experience. Everyone is very helpful.
For the case - just do some practice online through youtube, practice talking out loud to explain your though process.

I wish the interview process was faster. It was difficult to connect to some of the interviewers during it, most were stone cold which is surprising for capital one especially since they recruited me initially

First round was a behavioral interview. If you move on to the second round you have a Power day which consist of 3 interviews. Another behavioral, job fit, & case interview.
