Interview
I had a phone screen with the company recruiter and interview with the hiring manager. Both had conflicting information about the position. It was quite confusing and I got the sense the recruiter did not know the job responsibilities. He said the position was brand new-the manager said the territory was previously occupied. Both had different answers about the territory size and customer base. The salary and benefits were also a miss. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on their recruiting department and lack of information about their open positions.

Interview
It is a very long but not challenging process. So long that it is lowkey annoying; Recruiter screen, interview with hiring manager, interview with another manager, sales presentation, final interview with vp.

Interview
I had a phone interview schedule with Molly, but my wife went into labor the day of and I had email her to inform her that I had to reschedule. She never read my email, and still tried to call me, and then never followed up to reschedule a phone interview even though I had sent her numerous emails in regards to the rescheduling of my phone interview. In the long run I'm glad she did not reschedule with me if Cardinal Health is the type of company that will not consider you if you can't take an interview because of the birth of your child.
