It took a month, first over the phone with recruiter follow by an interview with a manager and DO. Another call 2 weeks after to meet to the hiring manager. Offer came a week after. After the offer there is a background check that takes about 2 weeks before you can start with them.

Received a call from HR on a Monday about two weeks after applying. He gave me brief description of what the job entailed and set me up with the onsite HR coordinator. My interview was scheduled on a Wednesday and two days later I received a job offer. During the interview I met with two of the on-site operation managers and it was very relaxed and informal.
