One call at beginning - moved along to another phone interview - didn't hear anything for weeks then got second round interview - 2 30 minute interviews with execs - Mine was online and they didn't seem very interested or prepared with enough questions honestly.

After submitting my resume online, I was called and asked to make a 2-3 minute video answering questions about myself and why I wanted to join Cardinal Health and send it to the recruiter...
