Interview
The interview process was very straight forward. However my interviewer was very coy in informing me several times throughout our conversation that he was putting me through the next round. Even mentioning Glassdoor. I then received a rejection email 1 hour later. I would prefer the interviewer to be honest, rather than lead me on with telling me I’m going to get a call back.

Question 1
STAR behavioral questions - Tell me about a time you lead a project from beginning to end. What was the end result?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in May 2025
Interview
The process started structured but quickly became excessive — seven rounds over several weeks. Feedback was helpful, but waiting two weeks for a final call just to be rejected felt disrespectful. The full process dragged on for over a month. It was ultimately a neutral experience, but I wouldn’t recommend investing that much time unless expectations are clearly set up front.
