Basic phone interview upfront with a HR recruiter. Then in-person interview that totaled an hour- 30 minutes with my peers and 30 minutes with my direct supervisor and fellow managers at her level. Was told it would be 2-3 weeks before I would hear about the position, but was called by the recruiter the following day and offered the job.
