Extremely rude and curt interviewer. Can't understand why they'd have someone with such bad interpersonal skills interview people. Asked blunt questions in a brash way. Good sign to steer clear of organization. Lastly, said things like "we like you" and "if you could start next week would you?" and set up things to chat with hiring manager but then radio silence. Seems like I dodged a bullet.

An interview invite from this company DOES NOT guarantee you will be interviewed and they have no problem stringing you along before eventually cancelling the interview. I was invited for an interview call with the program director and it was scheduled a week out. Just several hours before the interview the director e-mails me that they have a conflict and need to postpone a week. Fast forward to the next week, and again just a couple hours before the interview they e-mail me again that they aren't feeling well and need to postpone a week. Fast forward to the next week and just 15 minutes before the interview I get an automatic notification that the video call has been cancelled. No explanation. I immediately e-mail asking when we can reschedule and don't get a response. A week later I get a boilerplate e-mail from HR that they've moved on and will not be considering me. Extremely unprofessional.

Interview
It was a good conversation asking about past experience with USAID. I had to provide examples of the projects I'd worked on. The people were easy to talk to. There were two interviews 1st in person and 2nd online.
