Started with replying online to a Craigslist posting. Had a brief telephone interview and then was invited to the faciltiy for a face to face interview that involved four Cari.net higher-ups. Interview went well with some redundant questions asked and frankly I bombed one question really really bad. Reading Glassdoor reviews, I really thought I could get hired here, but unfortunately it didn't happen. Maybe in the future
