Interviewed by an incoming professor at RI. The professor sent me an email to schedule a meeting. I presented slides to him, and he asked a bunch of questions. Not bad.

All the questions are about the content in my slides.
They asked about my previous experiences in the relevant engineering fields including publication papers, research experiences, and internship experiences. Other misc questions were also asked but not super important. Hope you will get into CMU as a future phd student.

Very good. Ask lots of basic concept of the mechanics. Some questions are about personal interest and some courses that has been take before. Professor told some about their research. Very good experience
