Interview
Very long process including 3 rounds of interviews, a case, and a very intense 5 person panel. It seemed as if they were making up new interview steps as time went on dragging the process out over months.

Question 1
Mainly what I would work on if I were already in role
First interview with HR Manager, second interview with would be line manager, huge unpaid case study to prep, did 4 hours of work on it and arranged my schedule to attend it, then I got a whatsapp from the hr manager who told me that they didn't need me to attend the third round anymore because of the four people in the process, they had decided that two of them were getting offers and they didn't need to keep interviewing me or the other remaining candidate.
