I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Carter's (Stamford, CT) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview process was actually very pleasant. They questions were reasonable and could answer them based on an opinion. The manager is very chilled for the location I worked at and I was young so she understood a lot more. The questions were easy, accurate and reasonable as well. Overall, I think it was a great experience for first time jobs.

I was under consideration for two weeks.. and got the message today, not selected.
I'm not sure why.
