    I worked at Carter's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great assistant manager/.managers. They were nice and fun to work with. It was a relatively easy job and gave me the chance to balance school and work.

    Cons

Low pay and shifts are usually only 4 hours long. The routine of constantly folding and fixing clothes can be tedious. People would come in and steal and we weren't allowed to call the cops.

    Advice to Management

Give longer and more shifts. Pay better.

    Pros

Excellent product, does offer benefits, PTO etc.

    Cons

They like to hire from the outside instead of promote their people. Benefits are offered but are expensive. Many times you have to use your PTO to make a full 40 week this doesnt seem fair.

    Advice to Management

Great place to work for until you want to advance.
