Situation where you had to deal with a bad customer and how you handled it?
Interviewed by the store manager and asked about work experience. They followed a checklist that had questions about different work scenarios. Overall it was a pretty easy interview. I was also asked about my availability, expected pay range, transportation and if I had any work obstacles like school or a second job.

Situational and Questions about how can you contribute to the company. you must also be able to apply skills in customer service on to the situational questions. the company is very focused on customer satisfaction and will do anything to satisfy a customer even if the customer is already going beyond the policy.
