There were two different interviews. One with the store Manager and another with the District Manager. The first interview was in store while the interview with the district manager was over the phone.

They just want to know where your head is at and how well you can handle the role. The question's are big on theft and they want to prepare you for customers who come in and are difficult.

The store manager interviewed , and briefed me on the position with great detail. The next day I met the DM , and the day after that I received my offer. The interviews were very laid back, and to the point. The goal is to find out if you have communication skills.
