I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cartesian (Boston, MA)
Interview
The process was pretty long but not too hard. The team seemed really nice and fun to work with but felt underlying tension between the leaders that could be awkward...seem to play a lot of favoritism
1st round is a screening. 2nd round is a virtual case interview. The 3rd round is an in-person 4-hour-long super day- one behavioral/mini-case interview (30/30), one fit interview, one presentation of a pre-prepared deliverable, and one case study. Everyone was super nice and friendly.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're happy to hear that you found the team friendly and welcoming throughout the interview process. We appreciate your time and feedback.
