We understand that employee benefits play a critical role in one's decision-making process when considering a new employment opportunity, and we're sorry to hear that our current offerings didn't meet your expectations.
We'd like to clarify a few points and possibly dispel some misunderstandings about our benefits package. We're proud to offer our team members a comprehensive health insurance package through Anthem, which includes a wide network of providers and robust coverage. We also provide dental, vision, and life insurance through Guardian. These packages are aimed at ensuring our employees have the support they need to take care of their health and wellness.
As a startup, we're constantly exploring opportunities to improve and expand our benefits package. While we do not currently offer a 401k match, we compensate for this with the potential for stock options, enabling our employees to share in the company's potential success. Our PTO policy, which includes 10 days of vacation and 6 sick days, is something we're reviewing as our company continues to grow and evolve.
We value all feedback, as it helps us improve and adjust to the needs of our team.
